Rich
Gaspar provides the initiative and vision for Gaspar's and he is recognized
as an industry authority. Rich's experience in construction management is
as varied as it is impressive. He has renovated historic buildings in Seattle
and numerous private residences. Rich's passion for excellence is surpassed
only by his desire to get the job done right the first time.
Rich has been
the chairperson of the Master Builder Association's Remodeling
Council. Each year, Gaspar's participates in the MBA's Ramp-A-Thon, providing
free, permanent accessibility to various homes in the greater Seattle
area. In 2009, Rich was a speaker at the Remodeling Big 50 Leadership Conference. He has also served as the chairperson for the 1996 - 1998 Remodelers
Council Seattle Home Show Booth, co-chairperson for the 1999 Remodelers
Council (Master Builders Association), and chairperson for the 2000 Remodelers
Council.
