Dear Rich and Cathy,
Now that we have finished my kitchen and bathroom remodel, I want to thank you and Greg for inspiring the kind of confidence that homeowners value. I could always be sure that the level of quality you had promised would be there in the finished product. In addition, I felt absolutely at ease having your workmen in my home whether or not I was present. These aspects of your service I sometimes overlooked while I was absorbed in the project, but they were always important to me.

This was not always an easy project, but I did appreciate your patience, experience, and expertise and Greg's valuable advice and unfailing good nature. You kept on schedule, and on budget. Without exception, your workmen were cordial and competent and made the day-to-day trials seem surmountable. I'm glad its over, but I think I have a great deal of added beauty, pleasure, and value in my home.
