Dear Cathy and Rich,
This is an open letter thanking you and your Gaspar's Construction team for transforming my Green Lake tudor from a tired, shabby 1929 vintage dowager to a glorious rebirth with original charm and features intact.

Through the project I have been grateful for your commitment to quality and attention to detail. No element was too small to receive your best. The work product speaks for itself.

What isn't as obvious is how everyone on the team attended to the process for my daughter and myself. At every step, you made sure that my daughter and I came home every night to some semblance of a home. Your crew cleaned up every mess. Cathy, Rich, and Greg made sure that we were as comfortable and safe as possible while we were living amid a construction zone. When I had a concern you fixed it within 24 hours. This is a big deal when a 13-year old must be home alone with a house full of workmen.

Your project management is awesome. Project spreadsheets, Gantt charts, and detailed invoices kept me informed along the way. Disputes were handled fairly and amicably ALWAYS to my satisfaction. Change orders and punch lists were documented and approved.

Cathy's design support was absolutely invaluable. I entered into this project insecure about my ability to tackle any of these many decisions. Cathy captured my visions and dreams. From the first wish lists, to the plans, to the execution you attended to my needs. You let me select my own lighting and carpets and upholstery; however, you offered me sage advice along the way. I now have tremendous confidence in my own skills and the greatest reverence toward what an intelligent designer can bring to a project.

My home is important to me. It is the stage on which my inner life is played. Thank you for helping me create a setting for a life well lived.
