Dear Gaspar’s:

We would like to thank all of you who worked on the deck project at our house.  Your entire staff has been very courteous and responsive to our questions and requests.  In addition, everyone we encountered in both the office and on-site has produced work of superior quality.  We are very satisfied with the final outcome of the deck, stairs, and new overhang above our kitchen doors.

We were especially impressed with the effort and performance of Bruce throughout the entire project.  He was excellent in all aspects of his job, and at times he took on several roles.  Bruce is impressive as a communicator, as he consistently provided us with detailed verbal progress reports.  Also, he was impressively attentive to detail, and he offered many suggestions that we accepted.  His suggestions resulted in structural and design enhancements of the final project.  Overall, we were most impressed with the way that Bruce consistently worked on our house as if it were his own.  He was always attentive to concerns of structural integrity, professional craftsmanship, and budget constraints.  In the end, he exceeded our expectations in all areas of work.

Thank you for the pleasure of working with all of you.  And mostly, thank you for showing us what makes Gaspar’s an excellent company.  We have received many compliments on our new deck and overhang, and with each compliment, we happily give credit to you.
