Relationship Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly organized team player to join our sales team.  This team member will be responsible for selling remodeling projects in the Greater Seattle Area in alignment company profitability goals. This role will be integral in ensuring success throughout our design/build process.

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute prospecting plan with guidance from the Sales Manager
  • Attend one networking event per week
  • Commit to the Sandler Sales System and attend weekly training
  • Remain abreast of updated construction practices by visiting suppliers, attending trade shows, educational seminars, obtaining manufacturers brochures and networking with other contractors.
  • Collaborate with design team and attend of design and construction meeting
  • Assist Design & Construction teams during the estimating process my managing the client relationship during subcontractor reviews, identify opportunities for overage or savings, and identify change order opportunities.
  • Review potential leads and conduct client intake calls
  • Conduct potential client home assessment visits as required
  • Responsible for selling $1,500,000 work sold into construction per year

 

Qualifications:

  • 5+ Years customer service experience 
  • 5+ Years sales experience (team selling preferred)
  • Keen attention to detail and high-self acountability
  • Highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to learn quickly.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and be attentive to details on concurrent jobs
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and computing basics
  • Interest in construction, remodeling and interior design
  • Previous experience with Hubspot a plus
  • Must live within 15 miles of Seattle

 

  • Physical Demands: 
    • Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands, and arms, and talk or hear. 
    • Lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. and occasionally lift or move up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities: 

  • Communicate with Clients under advice of Relationship Manager
  • Attend, practice, and master Sandler Sales Training           
  • Attend client meetings for projects that you are involved with on a as needed basis (design and construction)
  • Assist Relationship Managers with administrative duties including; scheduling, data entry, client communication, and meeting support/coverage
  • Pre-qualify leads over the phone and assign them to Relationship Managers (Sales)
  • Track and report weekly leads and referrals
  • Assist with Hubspot database management
  • Support client appreciation efforts including completion celebrations, events, holiday gifts/cards, and referral thank you cards
  • Print sales materials and maintain inventory
  • Attend Design and Construction Meetings, as needed
  • Map out design job timelines and sales agendas, as needed 
  • Covers front desk for lunch, illness, and vacations.

 

Qualifications :

  • 1-2 years’ sales experience minimum
  • Confident managing leads over the phone
  • An outgoing an professional demeanor with sales skills and design aptitude
  • Highly organized and detail oriented, and able to learn quickly
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • Attentive to detail and able to multi-task on simultaneous jobs
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. 
  • A valid license and a clean driving record
  • Must live within 15 miles of Seattle

Job Description: 

We are looking for a talented and experienced Construction Lead to oversee our Handyman projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and home repair, with the ability to handle a variety of tasks efficiently and effectively. As the Handyman Construction Lead, you will be responsible for assessing repair needs, overseeing the repair process to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: 

  1. Perform a broad range of light remodeling tasks, confidently, without supervision, while maintaining Gaspar’s quality and customer service standards.
  2. Run multiple jobs at one time.
  3. Demonstrate craftsman carpentry skills in high-end homes.
  4. Develop creative solutions when confronted by unique problems.
  5. Perform various tasks from rough finish carpentry, drywall, painting, rot/leak detection repair, light electrical, light plumbing, light tilling window, and door installation.


Qualifications:

  1. A strong and thorough understanding of the industry and home systems.
  2. MUST have at least 5 years’ experience in residential remodeling and 10 years in the trades.
  3. Ability to instruct others.
  4. An ability to work independently and make decisions.
  5. A valid license and a clean driving record.
  6. Must have the necessary power and hand tools to perform basic home maintenance.
  7. Able to pass drug and background check.
  8. Basic administrative, computer and arithmetic skills to accurately prepare invoices and track paperwork.
  9. Strength, balance, and agility sufficient to work at gutter-level heights, dig postholes, and move around in confined spaces such as attics and crawlspaces.
  10. A lively, fun, outgoing demeanor with salesmanship skills
  11. Must live within 15 miles of Seattle
