Gaspar's Green Build Services
Sustainability, energy efficiency, water conservation and indoor air quality have become increasingly significant to our clients and have influenced their decisions about their lives and homes in a meaningful way. By choosing to do a “green” remodel they can save natural resources, extend the life of their homes, create a healthier living space and reduce their water and energy bills.

We believe in working with our clients to contribute to the sustainability of their homes by ensuring durability and employing not only beautiful but also functional design. We rigorously evaluate our building systems and practices to ensure that we minimize a project’s effect on the environment while protecting the current and future health of the family.

Some of the ways we achieve this are:

  • Low or no-VOC paints
  • Reuse of existing timber wherever possible.
  • Cisterns to reduce water consumption
  • Environmentally friendly products such as Richlite® and Icestone®
  • Low-flow toilets to conserve water.
  • Recycling of construction debris to be re-milled or re-used.
  • Supporting of local suppliers to reduce the impact of transportation.

As Built Green™ members, we also produce green projects that uphold to the strictest of green standards as set forth by the requirements of a Built Green Certification™.
