Every Gaspar’s project is run exclusively by one of our skilled Project Leads. They take on the daily operations and become the first point contact for any questions that you may have. Each of our Project Leads is true Craftsmen and, together with our Project Managers, provide the perfect team to manage your expectations, budget and specifications with diligence. The Production Manager stays in constant communication with his team and all our customers. He looks to the end of the project to make sure that we finish strong with zero punch list all while maintaining the schedule we have promised you.

The Gaspar's team adheres to strict guidelines concerning daily and weekly site clean-ups and site protection, ensuring the homeowner’s privacy and health. A genuine respect for the environment is important to our team and using green products and methods, recycling and sending salvaged items out for re-use is part of our culture.

Our pledge to the Architects and Designers we work with is a high priority. We understand their vision for our clients and know how to bridge the communication between the Architect/Designer, Homeowner, and our Field Crew. Strict attention to plans, details, specifications and knowing when to ask for information ensures this vision.
