Service Manager

Paul first joined Gaspar’s as a handyman, but his deep construction know-how and can-do attitude quickly brought him up through our ranks.

As head of our Service Team (and director of our Handyman Services), Paul keeps constant vigil on the flow of jobs coming through our Service Department, insisting on Gaspar’s-level quality assurance and satisfaction for every customer on every job.

He works closely with team members to constantly improve all aspects of service, and is an unrelenting advocate for the customer on all fronts. Outside of work, Paul often plays the role of ambassador for Gaspar’s, coordinating and leading volunteer projects in the community.
