Remodeled Homes Tour

Get ready to experience firsthand the finest craftsmanship and most innovative ideas in home remodeling. While attendees won’t be seeing homes in the traditional in-person style, our virtual tours will be fully interactive with floor plans and feature highlights, along with the ability to video chat or speak with the builder.

Tour Gaspar’s latest award-winning work. The first floor of this light filled 1923 home was refigured to create a better layout, add more countertop space and storage. The refrigerator that sat in the middle of the kitchen was moved and a powder room was added on the main floor. The back door and the basement stairs were relocated to create a larger footprint for the kitchen and better access to the basement. This flow made better sense for the homeowners in their daily life and when entertaining.
