Matt brings a strong background in hospitality, sales and construction management. His strengths in customer service, project management, in-home sales and managing people have made him a welcome addition to the team.  His favorite book is Dune, and when he's not reading in his free time he enjoys hiking, fishing, surfing and coaching youth soccer. 

He loves meeting new people, learning new things and finding ways to challenge himself.  He has 2 kids and they say “he is the world’s best dad” so obviously he is kind of a big deal.
