Relationship Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly organized team player to join our sales team.  This team member will be responsible for selling remodeling projects in the Greater Seattle Area in alignment company profitability goals. This role will be integral in ensuring success throughout our design/build process.

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute prospecting plan with guidance from the Sales Manager
  • Attend one networking event per week
  • Commit to the Sandler Sales System and attend weekly training
  • Remain abreast of updated construction practices by visiting suppliers, attending trade shows, educational seminars, obtaining manufacturers brochures and networking with other contractors.
  • Collaborate with design team and attend of design and construction meeting
  • Assist Design & Construction teams during the estimating process my managing the client relationship during subcontractor reviews, identify opportunities for overage or savings, and identify change order opportunities.
  • Review potential leads and conduct client intake calls
  • Conduct potential client home assessment visits as required
  • Responsible for selling $1,500,000 work sold into construction per year

 

Qualifications:

  • 5+ Years customer service experience 
  • 5+ Years sales experience (team selling preferred)
  • Keen attention to detail and high-self acountability
  • Highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to learn quickly.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and be attentive to details on concurrent jobs
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and computing basics
  • Interest in construction, remodeling and interior design
  • Previous experience with Hubspot a plus
  • Must live within 15 miles of Seattle

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with client communication, administrative tasks, organization under advice of Relationship Managers

  • Practice and master Sandler Sales Training.            

  • Attend client meetings for projects that you are involved with on a as needed basis (design and construction).

  • Phone each construction lead, pre-qualify, and assign/schedule to sales team member. Maintain sales leads on sales leads form, report weekly leads/referrals.

  • Assists with Hubspot Database management

  • Print Sales Booklets and maintain stock.

  • Maps out design job timelines

  • Event Support : Sub breakfast, Cooking Classes, Remodeled Home Tour, and NW Remodel Expo. (Shared with marketing and sales team).

  • Assist with client and referral appreciation gifts 

  • Covers front desk for lunch, illness, and vacations.

 

Qualifications:

  • 1 yr outside sales or 2 yrs inside sales or retail experience
  • A lively, fun, outgoing demeanor with sales skills and design aptitude
  • Highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to learn quickly.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills. 
  •  Ability to multitask and be attentive to details on many jobs happening simultaneously.
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. 
  • A valid license and a clean driving record
  • Must live within 15 miles of Seattle

We are looking for a talented and experienced Construction Lead to oversee our Home Repair projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and home repair, with the ability to handle a variety of tasks efficiently and effectively. As the Home Repair Construction Lead, you will be responsible for assessing repair needs, overseeing the repair process to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: 

  1. Perform a broad range of light remodeling tasks, confidently, without supervision, while maintaining Gaspar’s quality and customer service standards.
  2. Run multiple jobs at one time.
  3. Demonstrate craftsman carpentry skills in high-end homes.
  4. Develop creative solutions when confronted by unique problems.
  5. Perform various tasks from rough finish carpentry, drywall, painting, rot/leak detection repair, light electrical, light plumbing, light tilling window, and door installation.


Qualifications:

  1. A strong and thorough understanding of the industry and home systems.
  2. MUST have at least 5 years’ experience in residential remodeling and 10 years in the trades.
  3. Ability to instruct others.
  4. An ability to work independently and make decisions.
  5. A valid license and a clean driving record.
  6. Must have the necessary power and hand tools to perform basic home maintenance.
  7. Able to pass drug and background check.
  8. Basic administrative, computer and arithmetic skills to accurately prepare invoices and track paperwork.
  9. Strength, balance, and agility sufficient to work at gutter-level heights, dig postholes, and move around in confined spaces such as attics and crawlspaces.
  10. A lively, fun, outgoing demeanor with salesmanship skills
  11. Must live within 15 miles of Seattle

Accounts Receivable Administrator

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly organized team player to support the accounting team. This team member will be responsible for all weekly billing for the entire company. This role will be integral in ensuring success throughout our design/build process.

Responsibilities:

  • Process all client payments including; check, credit card, ACH payment, etc

  • Set up new clients in Sage 100 with high attention to detail including; assigning proper wage tables, markups and sales tax.

  • High-level monitoring of AR Aging Reports and escalating issues to Finance Supervisor and Finance Director

  • Time & material billing and bid billing

  • Process and send project contracts once sold

  • Run Estimate Comparisons and other paperwork.

  • Report weekly on all billable projects, ensuring accuracy before client review

  • Prepare weekly Work In Progress (WIP) Report

  • Monitor weekly reports for accuracy

  • Develop and monitor measures to ensure reporting accuracy

Qualifications:

  • Keen attention to detail and high-self accountability
