Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized team player to join our sales team. This team member will be responsible for selling remodeling projects in the Greater Seattle Area in alignment company profitability goals. This role will be integral in ensuring success throughout our design/build process.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute prospecting plan with guidance from the Sales Manager
- Attend one networking event per week
- Commit to the Sandler Sales System and attend weekly training
- Remain abreast of updated construction practices by visiting suppliers, attending trade shows, educational seminars, obtaining manufacturers brochures and networking with other contractors.
- Collaborate with design team and attend of design and construction meeting
- Assist Design & Construction teams during the estimating process my managing the client relationship during subcontractor reviews, identify opportunities for overage or savings, and identify change order opportunities.
- Review potential leads and conduct client intake calls
- Conduct potential client home assessment visits as required
- Responsible for selling $1,500,000 work sold into construction per year
Qualifications:
- 5+ Years customer service experience
- 5+ Years sales experience (team selling preferred)
- Keen attention to detail and high-self acountability
- Highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to learn quickly.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and be attentive to details on concurrent jobs
- Confident using Microsoft Office and computing basics
- Interest in construction, remodeling and interior design
- Previous experience with Hubspot a plus
- Must live within 15 miles of Seattle
- Physical Demands:
- Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands, and arms, and talk or hear.
- Lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. and occasionally lift or move up to 50 lbs.
- Close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus required.

We are looking for an organized team player to support the sales team and serve our customers with care and confidence. This growth-minded person will assist the Sales Team with sales and administrative support and customer care. This role will be integral in shepherding homeowners through our design/build process and ensuring they have an amazing experience.

Responsibilities:
Assist with client communication, administrative tasks, organization under advice of Relationship Managers
Practice and master Sandler Sales Training.
Attend client meetings for projects that you are involved with on a as needed basis (design and construction).
Phone each construction lead, pre-qualify, and assign/schedule to sales team member. Maintain sales leads on sales leads form, report weekly leads/referrals.
Assists with Hubspot Database management
Print Sales Booklets and maintain stock.
Maps out design job timelines
Event Support : Sub breakfast, Cooking Classes, Remodeled Home Tour, and NW Remodel Expo. (Shared with marketing and sales team).
Assist with client and referral appreciation gifts
Covers front desk for lunch, illness, and vacations.
Qualifications:
- 1 yr outside sales or 2 yrs inside sales or retail experience
- A lively, fun, outgoing demeanor with sales skills and design aptitude
- Highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to learn quickly.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and be attentive to details on many jobs happening simultaneously.
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- A valid license and a clean driving record
- Must live within 15 miles of Seattle
- Physical Demands:
