1900’s Seattle Home

This early 1900’s home had an outdated 1980’s kitchen and was lacking a master bathroom. The basement was unfinished and the original windows were not functional or efficient. We completed the kitchen remodel and the main floor powder room, added a dormer to the house and a new master bathroom and finished the basement. We also did small touches like a new fireplace surround on the main floor and a Juliet balcony off the sun room.
