Heath Ceramics had just what they were looking for to curate the tile for this home, not only for their renowned quality, but their beautiful color range. The Manzanita style chosen displays a range of color and blooming texture resulting from natural copper and iron oxides. The finish is high-gloss, with a slightly mottled, ripply texture. The effect nodding to the beautiful Lake Union view and bringing some of it’s calming beauty indoors.

These homeowners love to cook and entertain and this kitchen didn’t meet their needs. They wanted more refrigerator and freezer space which presented quite the challenge because the new sub zero refrigerator they purchased would not fit up their stairs. With the help of a crane and our crew, we were able to get the piece through the second-floor window and in its proper place.
The island seating was too shallow for people to comfortably sit and dishes would slip off the counter when they were set out to dry. Expanding the island created more counter space and added an ice maker. We relocated the refrigerator added a new wall of useful built-in pieces including both a beer fridge and wine fridge.
