Eastlake Townhouse Primary Suite
This metropolitan project presented some exciting challenges for our design team. We largely coordinated with these homeowners remotely to bring their style and personality to the space, while making premium upgrades.
As loving dog owners and avid boaters, these homeowners wanted their primary suite to reflect their taste and lifestyle. As such, material choices were important to them. They even chose high caliber boat floor covering for their bedroom, making it extra dog-friendly and wear resistant.
They also selected curated tile from Heath Ceramics, chosen not only for their renowned quality, but their beautiful color range. The style chosen features dynamic layering of Opaque White over Antique Green creates a minty surface with a pattern of olive-green spots ranging from fine and even to large and chaotic. Customized down to the installation, we made sure to engage a meticulous tile setter who was able to miter the corners on each end where the tile wrapped around a corner.

These homeowners were tired of their dark, tone-on-tone primary suite and enlisted Gaspar’s to reimagine it. Adding custom lighting throughout the space and reconfiguring the bathroom and closet layouts impacted the suite's functionality considerably.
