1901 Capitol Hill Home

Updating this 1901 Capital Hill home, the homeowner’s wanted to keep the integrity of their home but reflect their personal style. We transformed the kitchen to give it a more sophisticated look and opened it up creating a visual connection to the dining room. The master bath has a unique Japanese soaking tub to utilize the space and to get a full body experience. The colors in the master reflect their love of the beach with sand like floor tile and beach cut glass tile for their backsplash.
